TireSouth - Howell Mill Store

I brought my car to this shop with a brand-new set of wheels, expecting them to be handled with care. Instead, I got my vehicle back with noticeable damage to multiple wheels. These wheels were in perfect condition before the visit, and the damage occurred while they were in the shop’s possession. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility, discussing a solution, or trying to make things right, the shop denied any responsibility and offered no meaningful help. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Refusing to acknowledge obvious damage to a customer’s property is unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle—especially expensive aftermarket wheels—I would think twice before trusting this shop. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Tire South at Howell Mill Road in Atlanta is fantastic! The manager Jeff (Jeffrrey) went far out of his way to accommodate me, take care of my concerns, and provided excellent customer service! I initially paid for my tires, but found a more competitive price overnight. Jeff graciously provided a refund for the difference! If you want great tires and great service, I highly recommend Tire South at the Howell Mill location in Atlanta! Thank you Jeff for great service!

I had an excellent experience at TireSouth Howell Mill and highly recommend them, especially Jeff Jones. His customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire visit. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and Jeff truly went above and beyond. If you need tires or service, definitely ask for Jeff Jones at TireSouth Howell Mill!

I had a very frustrating experience during my most recent visit and would not recommend based on how my situation was handled. I have been to this shop before for a tire plug and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. However, this visit was completely different. I initially called to get a quote for a replacement tire, but was told no pricing could be provided unless the car was physically brought in. Because my vehicle was inoperable, I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to the location. Once I arrived, Danny immediately began recommending additional services, including replacing all four tires and a $400 alignment, instead of focusing on the single tire I asked about. I understand recommendations are part of the process, but the way it was presented felt very pushy and included statements suggesting my vehicle would have issues with braking and charging if I did not proceed. After taking time to consider my options and make calls, I decided to move forward with just one tire and declined the additional services. At that point, I was told the tire could be retrieved from the warehouse within 1 to 1.5 hours. Shortly after, I was then told that because I

12/2025 - Tire South could not have provided a better, more honest and professional servicing of my tires and brakes. Danny provided top class service as did the rest of the team. Hands down best tire shop in Atlanta and will be back. 4/2026 - Once again Tire South continues to impress across the board. Quality of service, timeliness, and customer experience is exceptional. My go to shop in Atlanta.
